US-Supply Chain Management Manager

Responsibilities
o Operational Leadership: Align DC operations with company goals, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance performance.
o Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and implement best practices for inventory, shipments, and returns.
o Inventory Control: Manage inventory processes and optimize utilization and placement.
o Space Planning & Six Sigma: Optimize space with vertical storage and Six Sigma principles to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
o Quality Assurance: Maintain shipment quality standards and resolve product quality issues.
o Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
o Procurement: Source supplies, oversee facility maintenance, and manage budgets.

Skills
o Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
o Expertise in inventory management, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
o Familiarity with WMS and related technologies.
o Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
o Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
 Preferred
o Six Sigma or similar operational excellence certification.
o Experience in budget management and cross-functional collaboration.
