Job Title- US Tax Manager
Salary: 4k-6k Dirhams (AED) Per Month
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
• Manage accounting and tax compliance for US LLCs owned by Americans and non-Americans
• Review bookkeeping, reconcile accounts and prepare accurate financial statements
• Manage filing deadlines, extensions, client documentation and responses to IRS notices
Business Tax Filings
• Prepare and submit US business tax returns and information filings, including Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120-S
• Handle foreign-owned disregarded entity filings, including Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120, as applicable
Individual Tax Filings
• Prepare and submit individual income tax returns for US citizens and nonresident individuals, including Forms 1040 and 1040-NR, as applicable
Contractor Reporting
• Manage W-9 collection and 1099-NEC preparation and filing
Cross-Border Advisory
Identify cross-border tax issues and coordinate with UAE tax advisers or legal specialists where needed.
Assess the tax treatment and reporting obligations of foreign-owned US LLCs, including businesses operated by owners living outside the United States.
Advise on transactions between US LLCs and UAE companies, including related-party payments, intercompany balances, and supporting documentation.
Client Communication
• Explain requirements clearly to clients and take responsibility for completing filings accurately and on time
- Active US CPA license.
- Hands-on experience personally preparing and filing US business and individual tax returns.
- Strong experience with foreign-owned US LLCs and nonresident taxation.
- Working knowledge of US international tax.
- Experience with professional US tax preparation software and e-filing.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
- Strong client communication skills.
