About the role

We are seeking an experienced US Technical Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring top talent across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Data, Software Engineering, and other technical domains. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting US-based hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers, and building pipelines of highly skilled technical professionals in competitive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions across the US market.
• Source, engage, and evaluate candidates for AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, and related technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and talent market trends.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screenings to assess technical experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and the competitive talent landscape.

About you

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience supporting the US market.
• Proven experience recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, or other technical roles.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills across various recruitment platforms.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and target-driven environment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
