【USA】Quality Manager

Candidate will be responsible for customer quality control, local factory quality and quality issue management.
Candidate should take leadership role in IQC/IPQC/OQC/CQE including RMA functions.
We expect the candidate to set up the solid quality org in US.
In addition to this, He/she needs to take liaison role among HQ/factory and local site as communication channel with customers.
