Role summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Manager, Seller Growth Solutions to act as the operational engine of our seller growth initiatives, sitting at the intersection of business strategy, data-driven insights, and seller experience. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day execution strategy and operating models designed to help sellers improve performance. You will be highly independent, taking immediate ownership of critical execution teams and seller touchpoints. If you love bringing structure to ambiguity, translating data insights into actionable programs, and running seamless processes, this role is for you.
About the team:
The Seller Growth Solutions team focuses on empowering Walmart Marketplace sellers by delivering scalable, technology-driven experiences. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Go-to-Market teams, the group identifies seller needs, shapes product strategies, and implements programs that enhance seller adoption, engagement, and growth. The team’s mission is to eliminate obstacles, present timely growth opportunities, and support sellers in achieving their full potential on the platform. This collaborative environment emphasizes program management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making to drive impactful business outcomes.
What you'll do:
Leading seller growth programs by driving operational excellence, managing seller communications, and ensuring high-quality execution from strategy through delivery. Managing offshore operations by overseeing vendor performance, establishing SLAs, and continuously improving workflows and quality standards. Leveraging data and insights to identify seller growth opportunities, analyze performance trends, and develop strategic recommendations. Driving process innovation by standardizing operations, automating manual workflows, and scaling best practices using modern productivity and AI-enabled tools. Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to support product launches, operationalize new capabilities, and incorporate seller feedback into future improvements.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
