Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs and budget.
2 . Recommend suitable new and used vehicles.
3 . Arrange and conduct test drives.
4 . Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and warranty options.
5 . Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6 . Follow up with leads and previous customers.
7 . Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

1 . Sales or customer service experience is preferred (automotive sales experience is an advantage).
2 . Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3 . Positive attitude and self-motivated.
4 . Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 . Valid driver's license.
6 . Basic computer skills.
