What is in it for you:
- Salary: £30,000 basic salary with a realistic, uncapped OTE of £50,000+
- Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch break); Saturdays 08:30 – 17:00 (with a weekday off in lieu); Sundays 10:00 – 16:00 on a 1 in 3 rota

What you will be doing:
- Managing day-to-day performance of the used car department to meet and exceed profitability and volume targets
- Selling new and used vehicles directly while actively closing deals and maximizing commission potential
- Supporting, coaching, and motivating the sales team to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction standards
- Overseeing stock presentation, competitive pricing, digital online listings, and part-exchange appraisals
- Monitoring lead management systems to ensure fast, efficient follow-up on all customer enquiries
- Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales (Controller, Senior Executive, or Management level) and a full UK driving licence
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Medway, making it an easy commute from Maidstone, Dartford, Sittingbourne, and Gravesend.
