Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, motivation, and focus for the sales team.
- Staff Development: Facilitate regular training sessions, mentor sales consultants, and help them grow their individual books of business.
- Deal Structuring: Assist sales staff on the floor, structure pre-owned inventory deals, and actively help close transactions.
- Customer Relations: Build strong rapport with guests, establish a reliable customer network, and enhance the luxury dealership experience.
- Department Productivity: Oversee inventory management, turn rates, and profitability for the used vehicle department.

- Experience: Proven automotive dealership management experience or elite, top-tier automotive sales performance.
