Toyota Carlsbad is actively hiring experienced used car Automotive Technicians / Auto Mechanics to join our high-performing, high-volume service team. Whether you’re Toyota-certified or an experienced technician from another brand, this is an opportunity to maximize your earnings in a shop built for productivity.
What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles (engine, electrical, brakes, suspension, etc.)
- Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with service advisors
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes
- Contribute to a team-focused, fast-paced service environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- ASE certifications preferred
- Toyota experience or certifications a strong plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
