Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by understanding their needs and helping them find the right pre-owned vehicle.
- Build relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and customer service.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of available inventory, vehicle features, and dealership products.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Work with Sales Managers and other dealership departments to provide a smooth and professional buying experience.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and complete sales paperwork in a timely manner.
- Provide a positive customer experience while representing Quantrell Auto Group.
