Salary Range: $75,000 per year

• Coordinates between used truck centers and other Aim facilities to review used truck inspections, determine repair requirements, TT02 needs, and provide direction on sale type (salvage, auction, wholesale, retail)
• Oversees all units in prep to maintain a less-than-30 day average by working with the maintenance teams
• Assist with used parts locations and sourcing
• Organize the shuttling of the units between facilities, for preparation for sale
• Manage the quarterly and annual tech review process for the used truck centers. Ensure that all working foremen or accountable supervisors provide timely and quality reviews and goals
• Hire direct reports and assist with hiring for the facilities
• Manage breakdowns, goodwill repairs, and post-sale issues with customers, Aim facilities and vendors
• Coordinates between used truck centers and other Aim facilities to review inspections, repair recommendations, TT02 needs, and sale plan
• Full Time

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in the trucking industry, sales, or marketing preferred
• 35% travel to used truck facilities
• CDL-A required
• Excellent communication skills
