Требования к кандидату:

• 5+ years of experience in user acquisition management
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok
• Proficiency in mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust
• Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics
• Experience managing campaigns with budgets > $300,000/month
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
• Strong grasp of A/B testing methodologies
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
