User Acquisition Team Lead

We're looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead at Adapty.io!

We help 20K+ mobile apps manage subscriptions and paywalls, process $2B+ a year, and rank among the top 5 fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world.

What you'll do:
— Lead UA strategy and performance across multiple clients' projects
— Manage and mentor a team of UA specialists (up to 5 people)
— Build frameworks for targeting, bidding, and geo expansion
— Drive creative testing with our production team
— Run weekly client reviews with clear insights, analytics and action plans

What we're looking for:
— 3+ years running paid UA on Meta, Google, TikTok
— Experience with subscription apps and web-to-web flows
— Strong analytical mindset and solid English (B2+)
— Team leadership experience 1+ year

Nice to have:
— agency background
— $1M+/month campaign experience.
