Continia develops add-on solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our solutions for accounts payable automation, e-documents, expense management and bank integration help more than 20,000 customers worldwide automate everyday finance processes, delivered through a global network of more than 1,800 reselling partners.

At Continia, we are looking for an User Experience Designer who wants to learn the craft in a team of experienced designers, on products that finance professionals use every day. The role is part of our new cross-product User Experience function in Operational Excellence.

Why now?

Continia has grown a lot in recent years, and our products increasingly ship together as the Continia Suite. We want a much stronger focus on user experience and one consistent experience across all our products. That is why we are establishing a User Experience function, and you will be part of building it from the start.

About the role

As a User Experience Designer, you will work alongside our senior designers in the product teams, on our Business Central extensions, and our Continia One web portal.

You will help with research, produce wireframes, mockups and prototypes, keep our design system in shape and follow your designs through to release together with developers. Along the way, you will learn how finance teams work and how to design within the frameworks of a platform like Business Central.

You will know you are succeeding when your designs make it to release, and when you can take a design task from research to finished mockup with growing independence.

What you will be doing

• Produce wireframes, mockups and prototypes together with senior designers.
• Help plan and run usability tests and interviews, and summarize what we learn.
• Maintain the design system library and its documentation.
• Work with developers in the product teams to see designs through to release, and collect feedback from support and partners.

Who are you?

We are looking for a curious and structured designer at the start of your career, who wants to learn and grow with feedback from experienced colleagues.

We imagine you have:

• A degree in interaction design, UX or a related field, or up to two years of experience, and a portfolio, however small.
• Familiarity with Figma or a similar tool, and with the basics of designing for web and mobile.
• Curiosity about how finance professionals work and a willingness to learn Business Central.
• A structured approach and openness to feedback.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, and clear communication skills.

Experience is important, but so is the drive to grow. If you do not tick every box, do not let that stop you from applying.
