User Experience Designer
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a UX or product designer who has shipped UI to engineering (not research-only or visual-only)
- Comfort working with PMs — you can ask questions and reframe a brief, not only take tickets
- Junior to mid IC
- A portfolio that shows how you got to the solution, not only finished screens
- Multi-surface or multi-app work for the same user
- Healthcare, veterinary, or other regulated / operational products
- Working with engineers who implement a component library
