Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive feature market analysis

• Analyze business requirements and strategic insights

• Identify design problems and provide the most efficient solutions with clear understanding of business goals and user behavior

• Conduct user research, testing, and workshop

• Understand and design product ideas and transform them into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Accountable for designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, information architecture, and UX functional specifications for web and mobile application

• Work closely with other team members and stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure the technical feasibility of design

• Analyze customer responses and digital performance data to examine product performance and determine which/why/how certain sections perform better
