What You’ll Do
- Prepare, review, and quality-check right of way documents — easements, agreements, and related real estate instruments — for utility projects
- Maintain accurate project files, databases, and document tracking systems
- Track documents from draft through recording and keep project teams informed of status
- Support Agents and the Project Manager with document requests and reporting
- Perform general administrative tasks that keep projects moving
- Place/embed project specific documents, images and pins into project map/KMZ.

Minimum Requirements
- Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- An iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC’s systems
- Valid driver’s license
Bonus Points: If you have experience as an office administrator, paralegal, court/document clerk, real estate or equivalent profession
Where You Fit
This is an entry-level training role — our front door into the profession — and no prior industry experience is required. The pay range for this posting is $18 - $22/hr, and your offer will reflect your related experience, education, and what you demonstrate throughout the interview process.

This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee occasionally is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. Rare travel is required.
