Utilities Engineer
Summary
Engineer coordinating utility diversions and approvals for a large construction project, working with agencies and subcontractors to ensure timely site readiness.
Main contractor for LTA project seeking for the above position:-

Roles & Responsibilities:-
·· To conduct technical and feasibility studies relating to the project, including site investigations etc.
· To work closely with the Engineer and other stakeholders including subcontractors pertaining to the utilities matters.
· Provide coordination with government agencies,preparing and compiling documentation such as related method statements,risk assessments, safe work procedures for timely submissions and review.
· To coordinate with various utilities agencies for timely approval and carrying out of utilities diversion to facilitate the construction works.
· Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure designs is done accurately and meet construction requirements and understanding of the code and practices.
· Assist the Construction Manager / Senior Engineer.inpreparing utilities drawings and related documents.
· Prepare technical reports with ability to work to dead lines and within budgets.
· Attend site visits and meetings.
Requirement:-
· Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, at least 3 years of experience in the construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity, and is a registered earthwork supervisor with EMA/SPPG.
