The Key Purpose of this role is to Accountable for an effective maintenance cycle to ensure reliable equipment, performance and sustained, stable utility supply. Accountable for the LTP, MTP & STP to increase performance and reliability of the utility plant, Develop and optimize LTP, MTP, and STP to improve plant reliability and performance, coordinate resources, spares and schedules for maintenance execution. Develop, prioritize and plan work orders, adjust plan based on maintenance progression and risks, dynamic monitoring, maintain CMMS, PM data, BOMs and RCM integrity, manage maintenance backlog and ensure visibility of outstanding work, align maintenance plans with operational and utilities demand requirements and comply to MEO GOP.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling
Compile and maintain LTP, MTP and STP plans
Align maintenance plans to utilities demand and plant requirements
Coordinate pre-maintenance meetings
Ensure stakeholder alignment and communication for maintenance execution
Comply with MEOP GOP and global checklist requirements
Work Management & Backlog Control
Develop and capture work orders from tags and feedback
Prioritize work orders based on risk, impact and loss analysis
Ensure work orders are fully planned before execution with relevant scopes of work
Track and manage backlog visibility
Drive closure of outstanding work orders
Execution Monitoring
Track maintenance execution progress through hourly walkabouts
Monitor adherence to schedules
Identify and manage risks to plan through dynamic monitoring
Update schedules based on execution feedback
Ensure completion against plan, planned schedules not completed must be signed off by the Engineer
Systems & Data Integrity
Maintain CMMS data integrity
Own PM data and system accuracy
Maintain BOM accuracy and completeness
Govern RCM processes
Control change management
Maintenance Cycle Governance
Identify gaps in planning effectiveness
Improve maintenance planning processes
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience with CMMS systems such as COSWIN, SAP PM, or similar maintenance management software.
Knowledge of Brewing and Packaging Plants will be an added advantage
PC literate (Proficiency in Microsoft office applications)
