Utilities Technican
Summary
Maintains and calibrates equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS standards.
We are seeking a Utilities Technician to support a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role focuses on supportnig plant equiment calibration and/or commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Engineers/Managers in completing work activities in a timely and effective manner, in compliance with GMP/ EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with the planner and ensure decommissioning activities for Equipment and Utility/Facility areas are carried out by technicians according to the approved plan.
- Coordinate with vendors for the execution of decommissioning activities for equipment and Utilities/ Facility.
- Support calibration activities; prior experience in calibration will be an additional advantage.
- Experience with the SAP Plant Maintenance module will be an additional advantage.
- Perform EHS actions identified during GEMBA walkdowns, PHA, and similar assessments.
- Perform ECP and LOTO.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in utilties management, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing).
- Knowledge of cGMP, GxP, and EHS standards.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
