Who you are

As a Utility Cleaner, you play an important role in supporting a number of vital hotel functions, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the hotel to support efficient service and a welcoming environment for guests.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare dishware, equipment, work areas, and linens to established cleanliness and presentation standards, supporting safe, efficient, and guest-ready operations.

• Transport dishware, linens, supplies, and other materials accurately and promptly throughout the hotel to maintain appropriate stock levels and uninterrupted service.

• Support cleaning and operational needs across Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Laundry, and other hotel areas, maintaining organized workspaces, and completing assigned tasks within established standards and timeframes.

Physical Requirements

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
