Utility Tunnel Manager

Our customer is hiring for the following role:

We’re Hiring: Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager)

We are seeking a highly experienced Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager) to lead operations & maintenance for a major project. Candidates must have proven tunnel experience.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline

Experience Requirements

· Minimum 12 years of overall experience

· At least 5 years in a managerial role

· Mandatory: Hands-on experience in tunnel projects (Utility tunnels preferred)

· Strong background in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of similar projects and capacity

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of utility tunnel systems

· Ensure efficient maintenance and strict adherence to safety standards

· Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams

· Drive performance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
