Join our hospitality team and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. The Utility Worker/Dishwasher cleans and organizes dishes, cookware, equipment, and kitchen areas while supporting the food-and-beverage team in delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the dishwashing station, including the dish machine, presoak areas, and required chemical supplies. • Wash, sanitize, organize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen utensils. • Monitor chemical levels and water temperatures according to sanitation and equipment requirements. • Operate and clean dishwashing equipment according to manufacturer instructions. • Report equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or required repairs promptly. • Clean kitchen equipment and surfaces, including hoods, filters, steam tables, bus tables, carts, ovens, and grills. • Maintain clean and organized kitchens, workstations, and storage areas. • Follow productivity, sanitation, food-safety, security, and emergency procedures. • Assist with meeting-room setup, guest requests, or other hotel support duties when assigned. • Perform other related duties within the associate’s training and capabilities.
