Role Summary
You will join the Platform Experiences (PEX) team to own and deliver end-to-end flows and features in a defined product area with coaching. You will design with the Align Design System, partner with PM, collaborate with engineering squads, and use research and analytics to make informed decisions across Invisalign, iTero, and other product experiences
Role Expectations
- Partner with PM and engineers to define the problem, outcome, and scope for your flow.
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specs that align to ADS.
- Participate in critique and stakeholder reviews, then support delivery through QA.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly so partners stay aligned.
- Use AI selectively to speed exploration and delivery

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or enterprise SaaS. Internships and contract work count.
- Skills: Portfolio that shows end-to-end problem solving, interaction craft and visual clarity.
- Proficiency with Figma. Familiarity with analytics and user testing tools is a plus.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Clear written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting work and receiving feedback.
- Experience with 3D, motion, or sound design.
- Knowledge of dental workflows or clinical software.
- Exposure to AI-driven or data-intensive platforms.
