We are seeking a skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team. You will focus on designing seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities :

Conduct user research with school teachers, students, and partner admins to understand pain points in using the LMS, coding tools, or AI kit instructions.
Develop user personas for different stakeholders: primary students, high school coders, non-technical teachers, and school administrators.
Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to improve navigation, engagement, and learning outcomes on the LMS and mobile platforms.
Identify UX gaps in tools like AI Code Editor, Robotics Simulations, and Quiz/Game Modules — and recommend improvements.
Run usability testing sessions (remote or on-site) with schools using Cyber Square platforms and iterate based on insights.
Work closely with UI designers to ensure that the visual design matches the intended experience.
Collaborate with product managers and the curriculum team to align UX decisions with learning goals and pedagogical frameworks.
Ensure UX continuity across different modules: coding labs, training dashboards, support/help sections, and certificate systems.

Skills :

Strong command of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Ability to design low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (for communication with developers).

Eligibility :

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on UX design experience.
Portfolio showcasing real UX design projects is mandatory (attach or link during application).
