UX Designer: Create Intuitive, User-Centered Digital Experiences

Hermes Corporate is seeking a UX Designer with a user-centered mindset to translate business needs and user insights into simple, intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI Designers, Developers, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions.

You will conduct research, define personas and journeys, create wireframes and prototypes, run usability tests, and contribute to a Design System while advocating for

Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, behavior analysis, benchmarking). Define personas, user journeys, use cases, flows, and information architecture. Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and run usability testing sessions. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and UI Designers to ensure user-centered solutions. Apply and contribute to the Design System and style guides for consistency. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to iteratively improve the user experience. Advocate for usability and accessibility across teams. Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders. Contribute to UX processes and promote user-centered culture. 2+ years of UX design experience for digital products. Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design skills. Experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
