UX Designer – Design System & User Research
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications and websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse user needs and understand user contexts and requirements.
- Plan and conduct UX research, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach.
- Maintain and evolve the Design System, ensuring components, patterns, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up to date.
- Support analysts and developers in designing and implementing user interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and UX/UI standards, including WCAG 2.1.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Required Skills
- UX/UI Design and user research
- Figma, Axure, Conceptboard, Mentimeter
- Design System management and maintenance
- Mobile-first prototyping
- WCAG 2.1 / accessibility
- A strong portfolio is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will be rejected.
