Job Summary

Seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a mission-critical enterprise operations platform. Ideal candidates are passionate about simplifying complex workflows and solving challenging design problems in a collaborative environment.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Must have 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital product design;
  • Must have strong ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces;
  • Solid visual design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools;
  • Good understanding of UX principles across web and mobile platforms;
  • User-centered, research-driven approach to design and problem-solving;
  • Detail-oriented with experience in design systems and scalable UI design;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions;
  • Experience designing enterprise/operations platforms or complex workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive UI/UX for enterprise web applications and internal tools;
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions;
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and innovative design concepts;
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience;
  • Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality design implementation;
  • Analyse user feedback and usage data to enhance platform usability;
  • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team collaboration.
