UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Own UX projects end-to-end, from discovery and user research through design and delivery.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise workflows, dashboards, data tables, forms, and technical applications.
• Create journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, founders, and designers to turn ambiguous requirements into clear product solutions.
• Lead design reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and ensure consistent UX quality.
• Partner with UI developers to provide detailed design specifications and support implementation.
• Contribute to the evolution of Komprise's design system and visual language.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise software or complex workflow design.
• Experience designing technical web applications, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, forms, and interactive workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, user interactions, and visual design patterns.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership.

Good to Have:

• Experience in data analytics, data visualization, or SaaS products.
• Experience using AI tools for UX/product design.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex technical problems.
