Our teams combine deep technical expertise with business context to ship measurable outcomes — not just models and dashboards — across industries.

Job Role:

Roles & responsibilities

· Own the end-to-end user experience for an enterprise data platform, from concept to final design.

· Review the current product and identify usability issues and quick wins.

· Define information architecture, navigation and user flows for complex workflows.

· Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

· Design easy-to-use search, discovery, request/approval and dashboard experiences for non-technical users.

· Build and maintain a visual style guide and reusable component library.

· Design AI-assisted and chat-based experiences.

· Hand off designs to developers, review builds and iterate quickly.

· Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders through regular design reviews.

· Ensure designs are accessible and consistent across the product.

Must-have

· 6+ years of UX or product design experience, with a portfolio of enterprise or B2B products.

· Expert in Figma (prototyping, components, design systems).

· Strong information architecture, interaction design and visual design skills.

· Experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven applications.

· Experience working with engineers and product managers in agile teams, including handing off designs to developers.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Able to work Pacific time hours.

Nice-to-have

· Experience with data catalog, analytics or BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Atlan, Collibra, Power BI).

· Experience designing AI or chat-based products.

· Familiarity with the Microsoft Fluent design system.

· Accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.1 AA).

· Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, React).

Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end UX design for an enterprise data platform, translating complex data and workflow requirements into intuitive, accessible user experiences. Lead information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs; establish reusable design systems; design AI-assisted, search, dashboard, and approval experiences; and partner closely with product managers and engineers through design reviews, developer handoff, build validation, and iterative improvements.

Required skills:

UX / Product Design for Enterprise & B2B Applications — strong end-to-end product design capability across information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and complex workflow/data-heavy products.

Base pay range: USD $135,000 – USD $ 157,500 annually. This range reflects base salary only — it excludes Incentive and benefits — and is a good-faith estimate for this level and location that may vary based on experience, skills, and where the role is performed.

Communication: This role requires fluent spoken and written English to communicate directly with client stakeholders — a job-related requirement of the client-facing work itself, not of any candidate's background or origin.
