UX Designer

Oversonic Robotics is seeking a UX Designer to shape intuitive interfaces for our cognitive platform. You will work with design, product, and development teams to translate complex robotic functions into clear user journeys with accessibility in mind.

You will create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, validate designs through usability testing, and contribute to a design system that guides cross-functional implementation in a hybrid work environment.

Analyze user requirements and contexts for complex robotic interfaces. Define technical specs and interaction flows. Design information architecture and user journeys. Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma. Validate via usability testing and feedback. Collaborate with product and development teams. Document design systems and guidelines. Monitor metrics to continuously improve UX. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field. 3+ years of UX design experience. Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with Agile teams.
