Communicate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.
Gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to improve solutions.
Partner with engineering to develop design specifications, assess feasibility, support sprint planning, and perform design quality reviews.
Help execute and evolve a cohesive UX vision across multiple channels and products, ensuring experiences are consistent, scalable, and user-centered.
Stay current with UX tools, methods, technologies, trends, and best practices.
Adapt to changing project requirements and organizational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on user needs.

Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
A strong foundation in color, typography, layout, composition, prototyping, and scalable design systems.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex design concepts clearly.
Experience documenting interaction designs, including user flows, states, and edge cases, and supporting accurate implementation by engineering teams.
A collaborative, curious, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A portfolio demonstrating applied experience in modern UX and digital product design.
One to two years of experience in digital product design and cross-functional collaboration.
