UX Designer (Shipping)

What You’ll Do:

1. Responsible for designing the information architecture of user behavior and products, ensuring product usability;
2. Responsible for planning and conceptualizing internet products, summarizing user goals and tasks;
3. Participate in user research and optimize design solutions based on the results of user research;
4. Responsible for proposing improvement plans for the usability testing and evaluation of existing products, continuously optimizing the user experience;
5. Participate in team professional development and ensure the quality of the team’s final output.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in design, computer science, psychology, or related fields;
2. Above 5 years of experience in interaction design in the internet or software industry, familiar with internet product design processes;
3. Able to provide high-quality product prototypes, flowcharts, wireframes, etc., and clearly express design solutions;
4. Proficient in various interaction design methods, with a deep understanding of interaction design theory;
5. Possess a profound understanding of internet product trends and overall product planning;
6. Have a keen sense of user experience and usability;

Nice to Have

1. Experience in B2B or SaaS-related work;
2. Enjoy using international products, and active contributors in blogging or interaction communities are preferred;
3. Higher demands for logical thinking, communication, and structured thinking abilities.
