Requirements

Responsibilities :
  • Freshers can apply
  • A portfolio demonstrating work in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design or a related field of study (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of design portfolios)
  • Working knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Figma, Invision, Principle, Adobe Creative Suite (you don't need to be a software pro, the tools can always be picked up while on the job :))
What you need to bring to the table :
  • Drawing up a complete overview of the product and service through extensive research and market analysis, including any bottlenecks, solutions and key improvement opportunities.
  • Building user stories, user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Learning how to translate a client's vision into real user experiences. This requires extensive research, conceiving, wire-framing, sketching and prototyping.
  • Delving into user-centred design, including rapid testing, reworking designs and performing design QA.
  • Working closely with team members and developers to understand the process of implementing designs in a timely and orderly manner.
