About the Role
As UX Lead for the Digital Retail Experience portfolio, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of customer-centric digital experiences across retail eCommerce ecosystem and customer-facing channels. This role is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and high-converting digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction, drive commercial performance, and support digital retail transformation ambitions. You will work closely with Marketing, Loyalty, Product, Technology, and business stakeholders to shape the end-to-end customer experience across web, mobile, and omnichannel retail journeys.
Your duties would include:
Lead UX strategy and design execution across customer-facing digital platforms, including eCommerce website, mobile, and digital retail touchpoints.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and technology teams to define customer experience requirements and translate them into intuitive digital solutions.
Facilitate business vision through customer research, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and validation activities.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Create visual and interaction designs optimized for mobile-first, responsive, and omnichannel experiences.
Leverage customer insights, analytics, usability testing, and behavioural data to identify opportunities and improve user engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
Identify customer pain points and design elegant solutions that balance user needs with business objectives.
