UX Mid-Level Designer (Contract)

Requirements
Who we are looking for :
- 4-6 years experience as a designer
- A portfolio demonstrating experience in working on complex flows, enterprise or SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and the ability to create highly polished designs, iterate and prototype.
- Ability to use AI for prototyping and conveying concepts quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, to be able to work with PMs, Engineering and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience working with Design systems and meeting Accessibility standards.
- Ability to own end-to-end flows and champion for product improvements.
What you need to bring to the table :
- Building user focused product strategies that are effective and adapted to different needs.
- Drawing up a complete overview of the product and service through extensive research and market analysis, including identifying any bottlenecks and solutions.
- Formulating compelling arguments and solutions to create positive impact.
- Presenting ideas and thoughts in a coherent and cogent manner.
- Building robust information architecture and elevating product simplicity by resolving and converging all information to just a few screens.
- Using layout, colour and typography with clear visual hierarchy to create compelling compositions.
- Performing design QA and working closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Proactively driving communication with stakeholders to ensure concepts meet the intended project goals. This includes conveying design decisions, exchanging feedback, ensuring timelines are met, and so on.
