We are looking for a passionate UX / Product Designer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing digital products and creating intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centered design, be comfortable working across the complete design lifecycle, and collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Role Overview

Info: We are looking for a UX / Product Designer with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience who can contribute across the end-to-end design lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in user-centered design, can translate requirements into intuitive user experiences, and is comfortable collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Skills:

Must Have : Figma, Enterprise systems, Design Systems, Design Studios, Experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or consumer products along with enterprise design system work

Must Have : While screening candidates, please check whether they have worked on enterprise systems and design systems.

Must Have : Key Responsibilities UX & Product Design

Must Have : Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Must Have : Design intuitive, scalable experiences for web and/or mobile applications

Must Have : Contribute to feature-level and product-level UX decisions

Must Have : Apply UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices Research & Validation

Must Have : Participate in user research activities (interviews, usability testing, surveys)

Must Have : Synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations

Must Have : Validate design solutions through testing and iteration UI & Design Systems

Must Have : Create and maintain UI components aligned with design systems

Must Have : Ensure consistency across screens and platforms

Must Have : Collaborate on design system documentation and updates Collaboration & Delivery

Must Have : Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams

Must Have : Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Must Have : Support developers with handoffs, specifications, and clarifications

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience & Background Must Have : 3+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or Product Design Must Have : Experience working on live digital products (web or mobile) Design Skills

Must Have : Strong understanding of UX fundamentals (IA, interaction design, usability) Must Have : Good visual design skills (layout, typography, color, spacing)

Must Have : Ability to think in flows and systems, not just screens Tools

Must Have : Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)

Must Have : Familiarity with design handoff workflows Soft Skills Must Have : Clear communication and articulation of design rationale Must Have : Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly Must Have : Structured thinking and attention to detail

Nice to Have Experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or consumer products along with enterprise design system work

Must Have : Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments

Must Have : Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system Portfolio Requirement
