As a UX Research Executive, you will be the engine room of our end-to-end research execution. You will work across the full lifecycle of complex, multi-market studies, ensuring our projects run smoothly from initial setup through to delivery. This role is perfect for a rising researcher who possesses a deep care for improving digital product experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Research Operations- End-to-End Project Support: Participate actively across the entire life of mixed-methods user research studies, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with senior team members to synthesize data and uncover core trends. You will actively support the development of client-ready reports, helping to turn diverse data points into clear product narratives.
- Research Quality & Coordination: Support the smooth running of project timelines, coordinate fieldwork alignment, and maintain data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.
- Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Senior Researchers, Ipsos’ enabling services, and external vendor partners to ensure seamless execution and project alignment.

- Background: 1–3 years of experience in user experience research, design research, or specialized market insights roles, looking to grow in the tech and product space.
- Transferable Skills: A solid baseline in core research fundamentals (spanning both qualitative and quantitative approaches) that can be readily applied to digital product testing.
- Working Style: Highly proactive, resourceful, and agile—you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding creative, high-quality paths forward when projects pivot rapidly.
