UX Researcher and Service Designer
Summary
Conducts UX research and service design for digital products, analyzing user insights and creating journey maps and prototypes in Figma.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing).
- Analyze research findings and present actionable insights.
- Facilitate workshops and apply design thinking to solve user problems.
- Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless, accessible user experiences.
- Define and track product/service performance metrics.
- Stay updated on UX research, service design methodologies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX Researcher and/or Service Designer.
- Strong knowledge of UX research, service design, and user-centred design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Figma (components, design systems, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Strong UI/UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual and interaction design.
- Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, and research deliverables.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; illustration skills (Adobe Illustrator/Procreate) are an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Qualification in UX Design, Service Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
