UX Researcher
ARCHER LOGIC (S) PTE LTD UX Researcher
Job Description
As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in helping develop deep, actionable insights into the needs, behaviors, and desires of our customers. This is essential for the creation and continuous improvement of our products and services. This role centers on qualitative research: planning and executing studies, interfacing directly with customers, and synthesising rich qualitative insights across the organisation. You'll contribute to the research strategy and work closely with senior stakeholders and the wider UX research team.
What you'll be doing
You will contribute to the UX Research function by carrying out qualitative research across digital product portfolio. Your responsibilities include: -
Research Execution: Plan and conduct a broad range of generative, iterative, and evaluative qualitative research activities, such as in-depth user interviews, contextual inquiry, ethnographic field studies, usability testing (web and mobile), etc.
Insight Generation: Analyse and synthesise complex qualitative data — interview transcripts, observational notes, and usability sessions — to identify themes, patterns, and actionable insights, ensuring meticulous documentation of findings.
Narrative& Storytelling: Distill rich, sometimes ambiguous qualitative findings into clear, compelling narratives that give stakeholders a deep understanding of user needs, motivations, and pain points.
Organisational Translation: Act as a research consultant across multiple product lines, identifying patterns that impact the whole company while translating specific nuances for individual teams. -
Stakeholder Communication: Create compelling research reports and presentations for senior management that present analysis and recommendations succinctly and clearly, translating research findings into actionable product, design, and business strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, engineering teams, and business partners. Participate in design brainstorming sessions and workshops to guide design decisions and collaborate on potential solutions to issues in a timely manner. -
Research Ops: Champion research operations — maintaining participant recruitment pipelines, research repositories, and reusable templates — to scale research quality, efficiency, and the accessibility of insights across the organisation.
