We detect and enforce against harmful actors, ensure global regulatory compliance, and deliver effective support experiences. This work is crucial to WhatsApp's license to operate as a core utility for billions of people. We're hiring an AI-native, mixed-methods Senior UXR to drive research horizontally across Integrity, Support, and their intersecting domains. You'll go deep on complex problems and leverage AI to scale insights across the organization.
