UX Researcher

【Responsibilities】

• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain valuable insights into user behaviors and preferences.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and validate design decisions. Use insights from testing to iterate and refine designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and architecture. Share insights and propose innovative solutions to improve our products.
• Develop and optimize information structures to enhance the findability and accessibility of content, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Create wireframes, and prototypes that bring user-centered interaction solutions to life. Work closely with UI designers to ensure the faithful implementation of designs.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of

design changes on user engagement and satisfaction.

• Produce clear and comprehensive design documentation, including user flows,

personas, and design specifications, to guide development efforts.

• Collaborate closely with business and developer teams to align design efforts with business objectives and project timelines.

【Qualifications】

• Demonstrated experience (2 years) in UX design and research, with a robust portfolio showcasing your work in both areas.
• User centered design certification is preferred
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and an open mind to new tools and workflows.
• A knack for storytelling through design, making every button, icon, and layout element a character in an engaging narrative.
• Must be a problem solver, thinks big and explores divergent ideas/concept to inspire the team and bring new ideas to the table.
• Has a deep understanding of mobile-first, adaptive and responsive design
• Has attention to details and have a solid understanding of visual and interaction

design.

• Has knowledge on user-centered design, usability and accessibility application,

principles and methods.

• Can work on a defined/agile process and systemic design thinking.
