Early-career UX Researcher to support end-to-end UX research projects for large-scale digital products, conducting surveys, usability tests, and user interviews to help Product Managers and Designers make evidence-based decisions.

We are looking for an early-career UX Researcher to expand our research capacity and help Product Managers and Product Designers make evidence-based decisions. You will contribute to research across large-scale digital products while developing your skills through hands-on work and guidance from experienced researchers.

  • -Support end-to-end UX research projects, from planning and recruitment to analysis and reporting, under the guidance of an experienced UX Researcher.

  • -Partner with Product Managers and Product Designers to clarify research needs, frame research questions, and select appropriate methods.

  • -Prepare focused research plans covering objectives, methodology, participants, execution, and analysis.

  • -Conduct surveys, usability tests, and user interviews, and support participant recruitment.

  • -Analyze basic quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and evidence-based findings.

  • -Produce clear reports that explain methods, findings, limitations, implications, and actionable recommendations.

  • -Present findings to stakeholders, take ownership of assigned work, and seek feedback to improve.

  • -At least one year of relevant research experience, including internships or substantial academic or applied research.

  • -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Anthropology, HCI, or a related field.

  • -Working knowledge of the end-to-end UX research process and hands-on experience with surveys, usability tests, and user interviews.

  • -Basic competence in survey design, participant recruitment, and sampling.

  • -Basic quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with an understanding of bias, validity, reliability, and research limitations.

  • -Familiarity with UX and digital-product concepts and the ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers.

  • -Ability to write and present clear research plans and reports in English.

  • -A portfolio or case study that demonstrates both the research process and final outputs.


Preferred

  • -Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • -Experience working in a cross-functional product team; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
