Discussion

UX and Service Design Consultants lead user‑centered research and design work to improve the experiences of students, faculty, staff, and institutional teams.

This role focuses on understanding real user needs, mapping current journeys, identifying pain points, and designing improved services, processes, and digital touchpoints. The work is often connected to wider transformation programmes where experience, adoption, accessibility, and usability are critical to success.

You will help institutions move beyond system implementation alone and focus on how people actually experience services across the organization.

What You May Work On:

You may support clients to plan and conduct user research, map current‑state and future‑state journeys, identify service gaps, design service blueprints, create personas and prototypes, facilitate co‑design sessions, and work with strategy, technology, change, and delivery teams.

Experience We Commonly Look For:

Common experience includes service design, UX research, human‑centered design, journey mapping, accessibility, inclusive design, digital experience design, facilitation, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement.

You May Be a Strong Fit If:

You care deeply about making services simpler, clearer, and more effective for the people who use them.

You can balance user needs with institutional constraints and help teams make practical design decisions that improve outcomes.

Expression of Interest:

If your experience aligns with this capability area, we welcome expressions of interest for our talent network. Please share your CV or professional profile, along with a short note outlining your relevant experience and the types of opportunities you would be interested in.
