🚀 EARLY-STAGE STARTUP (MVP) — FIRST LAUNCH
Wivonex is a new international education platform preparing for its first MVP launch, starting with a free UX/UI marathon in mid-September, followed by the full UX/UI Design Program in October.
We are looking for a Product Designer with 2+ years of commercial experience who enjoys teaching and explaining complex concepts in a simple way.
Responsibilities
Record short video lessons (10–15 minutes) based on ready-made scripts provided by the founder.
Create Figma screens used during the lessons.
Conduct Q&A Zoom sessions for students.
Answer students' questions asynchronously within the agreed response time.
Host one workshop about real experience working in a product company.
Requirements
2+ years of commercial UX/UI experience.
Strong Figma skills.
Portfolio with real commercial projects.
Ability to explain design decisions clearly.
English communication (written) is preferred.

Compensation (Profit Share): There is no fixed salary during the first launch. We offer 10% of the project's monthly net profit. Platform expenses and taxes are deducted first, after which mentors receive their share.
