UX/UI Designer

Your Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first user journeys that balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing team and stakeholders to refine and validate solutions
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and design quality
• Create and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
• Actively participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on mobile products
• Excellent English skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile UX/UI thinking, real-world constraints and shipped products
• Proficiency in Figma - components, prototyping, auto-layout, design systems
• Practical experience using AI tools for design tasks e.g. ideation, UX research support, content generation, UI exploration
• Strong design thinking mindset - ability to understand user context, test assumptions early and validate ideas before moving to high-fidelity design
• Strong ability to collaborate with developers
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in an agile, fastmoving company environment
• Confident tackling complex systems and transforming them into simple, intuitive mobile experiences

Nice to have

• Experience with UX design is a strong plus, particularly in applying UX principles to enhance the overall user experience.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
