UX/UI Designer: Level 2
UX/UI Designer Level 2 Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile educational solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into intuitive design concepts.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Present and articulate design strategies and solutions to stakeholders at various levels.
- Foster awareness of user-centered design practices across the organization and support Agile development processes.
UX/UI Designer Level 2 Qualifications:
- Portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work with demonstrated process and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product development, UX design, or related fields.
- Knowledge of usability principles, interface trends, and responsive design techniques.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, or Penpot.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and designing inclusively.
- Experience working within Agile teams and understanding target user needs.
