Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, create personas, and translate findings into wireframes and prototypes
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile product teams alongside developers
- Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions
