UX/UI Designer

🔊Swift Dynamics is seeking an UX/UI Designer to join our growing tech team and work on innovative software solutions with modern technologies!

📌 Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze user requirements and business needs.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Maintain and improve design systems and UI standards.

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across digital products.

• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

📌 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI Design for software applications and websites.

• Proficiency in Figma, or other design tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.

• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.

• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects is required.
