UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer is responsible for collecting, researching, investigating, evaluating user requirements, and delivering an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration tools).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Previous experience designing digital products within the gaming, gambling, iGaming, or betting industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to present and justify design decisions based on user needs and business goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
  • Being comfortable working in an Agile delivery methodology
  • Having the desire to produce work of the highest quality
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
  • Being comfortable in creating design concepts and taking through to final high-quality deliverables


Nice to have

  • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or FigJam.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Experience with design systems or component libraries.
